By-Laws for WACoN and Affiliates
The by-laws establish the governance framework for the West Africa Cooperatives Network (WACoN) and its affiliates, focusing on empowering responsible mining and building sustainable communities. The cooperative operates under Ghanaian laws, including the Cooperative Societies Act (1968) and the Minerals and Mining Act (2006).
The by-laws provide a comprehensive structure for WACoN's operations, emphasizing democratic governance, financial transparency, and community development. They align with Ghanaian cooperative laws and ensure accountability through clear roles and dispute mechanisms.
